Bought a Nissan Frontier from this shop and am overall happy with the experience. They had a good selection of vehicles, fair prices, handled the sale process effectively, and gave what I felt to be a generous amount for my trade-in. In particular, Bo was very helpful in handling my purchase, didn't pressure or give me a hard sell, and was upfront in his opinions about the vehicles I looked at. I give 4.8 out of 5 great communication, all-around great business. Honestly, I wish I would’ve came here for all of my cars. Minus the rust on the ford e350 .,it’s an amazing van it came with no check engine light .I’ve had van for about a months now and I’ve driven it 3 hours away with no problems . 4 month update van transmission has gone out the dealership help me get it towed but didn’t help pay for new transmission I give 3 stars now

There aren’t many things more painful than used car shopping, particularly as a female. So, when I rolled up to Assure and saw a team full of men, I expected the same experience as I’ve always had. But wow, Bo and his team really surprised me. The short version is that I was in and out with a new car in just a couple of hours. The detailed version is I was treated with respect, my questions were answered, an issue (minor) with the van I was looking at was fixed on site right before my eyes, and most important to me- they were incredibly kind and respectful to my dad who is physically disabled and the recipient of the van purchased today. This is a no frills, no nonsense dealership. They didn’t waste any of my time, and they didn’t treat me like an idiot like big name dealerships have in the past. I’d be happy to purchase from them again.

Awesome dealership. They have a good assortment of quality cars. After spending time driving around looking at auction cars that were barely cleaned and not very good quality, it was nice to find this place. Went to look at one car I saw and ended up having to choose between 4. Purchased a 2008 Mazda 3. The price was very reasonable. Not a typical 'used car salesman' experience. The guys are very laid back and easy to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the purchase process/paperwork was quick and easy. I would highly recommend assure autos if you are looking for an affordable used car!

My daughter needed a used car and with todays prices we knew it needed to be on the higher mileage end. They worked with us on a good price point. Just know that if you are going for a higher mileage vehicle don’t expect a perfect vehicle. We were very happy with our experience and the vehicle is still running very well.

When I found myself unexpectedly needing a new (to me) vehicle, an online listing for a car similar in size and capability to the one I needed to replace led me to stop at Assure Autos on a Saturday morning. The staff there greeted me in a polite and friendly manner, then let me poke around looking at every car they had that I was both interested in and considered within my budget and let me test drive the one I chose with no fuss and no pressure to buy. When an issue came up with the car I wanted to buy, they informed me as soon as possible and were very accommodating in letting me check over the car again and then in letting me test drive a different car that I was interested in when I decided the first car was no longer a good option for me. There are no guarantees when buying used cars, but I can be sure when dealing with Assure Auto that they will have fixed or honestly informed me of any known issues with a car they sell before the sale is made.

Great place very friendly and easy to work with only flaw is after driving my suv for about 3 or 4 months the bondo started falling off on areas and more issues were starting to show themselves…i dont know if they knew or not but the biggest issue was i bought vehicle in warm weather so when cold weather came around i had no heat and there is an issue with heater core.you win some and loose some

It was straight forward and simple, employees were kind, helpful, and communicated very well with each other and us so there were no misunderstandings. We felt understood and informed. After initial price offer we brought up a couple things that would need serviced or replaced, just wear-and-tear repairs, and they immediately adjusted the price for us. After weeks of running around to various used car lots looking for a specific van, the guys at Assure Autos went out of their way to be helpful and give us a great experience there — we couldn’t be more grateful to have found them!
